All materials design and construction documents (including training videos) are inclusive.

From the quotation acceptance, we get to work assembling our pre-engineered complete build packaged from our manufacturing and distribution facility in Texas. There is nothing left out. We even include foundation bolts for the crew undertaking the concreting.

All GC that have not been certified by us, or will get training and certification. 
We also offer full time support for all GC, as well as a final inspection to ensure 
the construction meets out stringent build standard, in order for us to offer our unconditional warranties (on structural steel). See our warranty terms

All structural steel and sheeting is sourced from America. Steel manufacturing is done with precision and tolerance below 1mm. This ensures that every component fits exact.

All materials are wrapped and packaged, and shipped to site. Additionally, we can store the package in order to coordinate with site requirements to accept it.
